Cycle

Rise

Power-based and rhythmic, Rise Cycling is where you go for low-impact cardio and overall feel-betterness! A blend of heavy hills and fast flats with intentional choreography. This class keeps your body guessing, maximizing your results.

* Cycling classes require SPD or Delta clips on cycling shoes. Rentals available for a fee.


LIFT

50 Minutes

Build lean muscle mass, increase bone density, and improve overall mobility in this full body strength class. Smaller classes allow for personal adjustments, suggestions, and more education on functional movement and alignment. Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Bands, and Balance Pads used for class.

heated Mat

50 minutes

Heated Mat is a 50 minute, full body sculpt and mobility class. We use bands, ankle weights, pilates balls, kettlebells and bodyweight. Heated to around 80 degrees.

* Mats and towels provided. Barefoot or socks recommended

50 minutes

50 Minutes of slow, breath-led stretching designed to release tension, improve mobility, and help you move and feel better. Room is heated to around 80 degrees.
