The best of both worlds: A blend of heavy hills and fast flats with intentional choreography. This class keeps your body guessing, maximizing your results.

* Cycling classes require SPD or Delta clips on cycling shoes. Rentals available for a fee.


LIFT

45 and 50 Minutes

Build lean muscle mass, increase bone density, and improve overall mobility in this full body strength class. Smaller classes allow for personal adjustments, suggestions, and more education on functional movement and alignment. Kettlebells, Slam Balls, Bands, and Balance Pads used for class.

heated Mat

45 minutes

Heated Mat is 45 Minutes of Heated Pilates-Inspired, full body movement designed to sculpt, tone, increase lean muscle mass, and build muscle endurance. Pilates Balls, Ankle Weights, Bands, Weights, and Bodyweight are all used for class. Heated to around 80 degrees for an improved sweat sesh!

* Hot Mat classes are barefoot or socked recommended, mat required. Mat rental available.


Cycle / Stretch Fusion

60 minutes

A fusion of 30 minute high-intensity, interval-based cycling followed by 25 minutes of hip & spinal mobility and full-body stretching. You will never feel yummier.

* Half indoor cycling, half stretch and mobility
* SPD or Delta cycling shoes required for cycling. Rentals available.
