Why Movement: Morgan discovered early on that movement and exercise do more for emotional health than anything else. The accountability and community that group fitness encourages is why she opened Trilogy. We’re better together.
Specialties: Intentional movement for injury prevention and pain reduction is my happy place.
Teaching Style: Finding joy in hard work is the centerpiece of my training philosophy and life approach, so be ready to fall in love with your best effort.

Why movement: Nicole found her love for movement and community through competitive cheerleading. After college, Nicole realized the vital role of movement in her physical, mental, and social life. She is excited to get on those bikes and ride
Teaching Style: Combine the experience of vibing with your best friend, while getting stronger! Get ready for throwback playlists, corny jokes and building major muscle.

Why Movement: As a competitive swimmer, Taylor is no stranger to hard work! After a few years off, she rediscovered movement in her thirties, and realized that movement is always for everyone in one way shape or form. Movement is her homebase. Taylor believes there are many ways to define strong, but the foundation for movement is always listening to your body.
Teaching Style: Taylor is just here for the sweat, the squats, and the planks. She'll build you up stronger and more empowered, we guarantee it.

Why Movement: As a former college athlete, I missed the camaraderie of a team. Group fitness gave that back to me, and ignited my passion for helping others find their fitness community.
